This policy applies only to the DeviceMesh software (Windows / Linux / macOS / Android clients) and its networking service. It does not cover other services on likun.work, which have their own terms. Please take two minutes to read it before using DeviceMesh.
What we collect
- Account information: the email address you register with, used for sign-in, password recovery and essential notices.
- Device information: the name you give each device, its operating system type, app version, and a system-generated device identifier. These let you tell your devices apart and are what makes your private network possible.
- Usage data: virtual IP assignments, connection mode (direct or relayed), and relayed traffic volume, which we count for plan quotas.
What we do not collect
- We never inspect or log the content of your traffic. Once your devices are connected, data travels directly between them whenever possible. Only when a direct path cannot be established does our relay server forward the packets, and it forwards them encrypted — we cannot read their content.
- We do not log your browsing history or DNS queries.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Where data lives and how long we keep it
Account, device and usage data is stored on servers we operate ourselves in Singapore and is not handed to third-party hosting. After you delete your account, account and device records are removed within 30 days. Aggregated usage totals may be kept as required for accounting, without content that identifies you personally.
Your rights
You can review and edit your device details, remove devices, or delete your account at any time from the member center. To export or erase your personal data, email us and we will handle it within 15 business days.
